What do I need to send?
A link to your product or a few photos. That is enough for the first stills. We never need the physical product. If you have a 3D file, send it, but it is not required.
How fast will I hear back?
Within one day. The first still frames follow within 48 hours of your brief.
I don't know what style I want. Is that a problem?
No. Pick “Not sure” in the brief form and we suggest a look with the first stills. Nothing is final until you approve them.
Which format do I get?
Tell us where it will run and you get the sizes that platform needs: widescreen for Amazon and your site, vertical for TikTok and Reels, square for feeds. Amazon listings follow Amazon's rules: no prices, no links, no unproven claims.
How many rounds of changes are included?
One round on the stills and one round on the finished video. More rounds are possible and quoted before we start them.
Who owns the files?
You do. Use them on Amazon, your site and in paid ads, with no extra licence fee. Sound is made for your video, so there is no stock music to license.
How do I pay?
We agree on payment by email before any work starts. Nothing is charged before you have seen and approved the first stills.
